Rasa Ventures Co., Ltd., the developer of RASA TWO, proudly announces that RASA TWO has successfully attained LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) v4.1 O+M Platinum certification.

RASA TWO is a premium Grade A office building located in Bangkok’s Asoke-Phetchaburi business district. Spanning over 45,000 square meters of leasable space, the building accommodates several renowned tenants, reflecting its market credibility and appeal. The LEED certification aligns with RASA TWO’s vision of resource-efficient building operations and occupant well-being, under the concept of “A New Horizon for Future Workspace.”

RASA TWO distinguishes itself through its implementation of LEED standards in the following key areas:

Energy Efficiency: Achieved a 50% reduction in energy use compared to typical office buildings, resulting in annual savings of approximately 6,500 MWh and a corresponding reduction of 2,650 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO₂e) emissions or equivalent to the carbon sequestration capacity of approximately 120,000 trees annually.

Waste Management: Prioritizes systematic waste management through measures that promote the reuse and recycling of materials, thereby enhancing resource efficiency. These efforts result in a reduction of up to 1,400 tons of waste annually.
Transportation: Strategically located in a high-potential area with convenient access to public transportation, including the subway, ferries, and buses, which helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions from commuting by up to 360 tons annually.
Water Conservation: Implementing high-efficiency sanitary fixtures and a water reuse system, resulting in up to a 15% reduction in annual water consumption.
