Rasa Two has been awarded the LEED Silver Certification for Building Design and Construction from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)

Rasa Two is designed by Gensler, a globally renowned architectural designer, Rasa Two embodies a timeless elegance concept. The building’s design and architecture reflect a strong commitment to excellence and environmental sustainability. Receiving the LEED Silver Certification is a symbol of its success.

There are numerous highlights, such as:

• The location offers convenient access to various modes of public transportation. It is only 180 meters away from the Petchaburi MRT station, 300 meters from the Asoke pier, 380 meters from Airport Rail Link Makkasan station, and 700 meters from the expressway.

• Triple-layered Insulated Laminated Low E Glass helps reduce heat and noise.

• LED light bulbs help energy saving and reduce global warming.

• A bay depth of 14 meters, measured from the building façade to the windows, is considered suitable for allowing natural light from the outside to penetrate evenly into the office space.

• The building is equipped with a Central Chilled Water Air-conditioning system, along with an air filtration system utilizing MERV 13 filters. This setup enhances the indoor air quality to a higher level of purity.

• The large front garden of the building effectively filters external pollutants from the air and provides occupants with a peaceful retreat for relaxation at any time.

Rasa Two collaborated with CBRE Thailand, a leading real estate company, as a consultant to support and advocate for the building to achieve this prestigious standard certification.
